GREAT!!! I think it just blew up...
A tab off the ez-start motor broke off so I had to wait till today to get one and a wiring harness (the other one was burnt/frayed)
It fires right up and is running very well. I let it warm up idling with a few little revs for about 2 minutes then let it rip. I went full speed and then it died.
Now here's what it does.....
Under cranking it will kinda sound like its firing and the head is definatly warming up (170*'s worth) but the engine won't run. I dunno if something blew up or not.
I took the head off and the piston and the walls looked OK and I changed the glow plug but nothing.
Are there engine diagrams on traxxas's site? I can't find any.

Wow! Thank you.
I'm gona take it to the shop again tomorrow if I have time and see what they say before I tear into it other than taking the head off.
i took apart my enegen once and i had it apart and back together in like 30 min it realy isnt that hard take apart your carb tonight and make sure every thing is intact in there a needle could be broken that is what it almost sounds like to me not sure
check you fuel tanks seal that might have gone bad
Tank was good. I did a total tear down and cleaned everything.
Thanks for that diagram Ripergoodmike. I took apart the carb and most of the engine and blasted it down with carb cleaner. Then re-oiled it using a few dabs of 10w-30.
It fired right up! No problem at all. But I didn't get it together till about 9pm and didn't want to make my neighbors mad so I just drove it in the garage a little bit.
I'm gona tune it tomorrow and should be set. Keep your fingers crossed she goes for more than 1/2 a tank without dying!
