    Emaxx not running

i know somebody can help me out!!

I disassembled the truck to fix a broken chassis and when I put it all back together, the motors won't work! everything is plugged into the receiver correctly and when I pull the throttle trigger, the EVX light goes from red to green like it is working, but the motors won't spin.

    any suggestions?

    thanks

Try it with the wheels off the ground. Do you hear the motors working at all?

Are the motors plugged in properly? Is anything jamming them from motion? Check and make sure you can roll the truck with your hands, amek sure you yourself can spin the motors. That way we know its not something is caught. When you rol t truk, the motors should go to.

The first thing to establish is, is it an eletrical, or mechanical problem. Depending on what it is, trying the above will help us know more.

Do they try? Do you hear anything? Could be one of the diffs is flipped and trying to go opposite ways...that's a common error when people disassemble the truck. Try Tervurens recommendation of rolling the truck on the ground. If it won't roll, examine the diff cases closely...most importantly they should point opposite each other. You can also remove the pinions and see if the motors spin then.

i did all of the above. nothing is binding it seems. i know the motors work because I accidentally had the speed controller in the wrong channel at first and when i turned it on, the truck took off!
i also hooked a battery directly to the motor and it worked (on both)
do you think i possibly fried the EVX? It seems to work though. Maybe I need to reset the EVX?

    thanks for your help

I'd try that next. Seems like it is an evx not giving signal problem. Are yo sure you are in the correct channel now as well? (You have steering shifting, etc working?)

Also, a simular problem occurs if both your batteries arent functioning.
