The 5800 is equal to a 10 turn motor. Never had any experience with any though. Here are some.

for the stempede you really dont wanna go under 14 turns because the smallest pinion i could find was a 12 tooth and the pinion should be two less teeth than the motors turns

got a pede with a duratrax 12t reversing esc rpm wide bumper
Hes running ST tires,so gearing it will be easier.
The problem with Pede tires is they are all ready geared up because they are taller.

If you want something comparable to the 5800 and you want to race competitively, I strongly suggest you get a handwound.
