    Jato - Engine 2.5 or 2.5r?

Looking at the traxxas reviews, the jato appears to have the 2.5
engine, looking at towers site, the description says "Engine: Traxxas .15 cu in (2.5cc) with blue anodized cooling head," witch would lead me to believe it's the 2.5r. Can anyone explain? Was the Jato used in the reviews been updated with the 2.5r?

    Thanks in advance...

yep...the R in the 2.5R just means its got special porting vs the 2.5...it just means more power (more torque and midrange specifically - thats what ive experienced) i had a t maxx 2.5, then i put a 2.5R in, and now it wheelies like nuts...
the blue cooling head has nothing to do with the R...
