I think it is located under the dash in the middle on the floor. that is were the computer is for the 1991's. it is a thin regtangular box.

It's under the hood, to the left of the hamster. (or squirrel if you've got a GT)

It's under the front of the center console. (pretty much where perdonic said it was, although I remember having to remove the center console to gain access)Speed costs money, how fast do you want to go?

I think you have to lift the carpet also. not to sure, last time we made a race car was a year ago. I can go look later for you, But it is a 1993 in the back yard. i'm breeding them
