Fusion ESC Problems

When i installed my Novak Fusion in my rustler. It greatly affected the distance I was able to control it at. I was wondering if anyone else has had this problem and how they fixed it. I took it to my hobby shop and he was stomped. They tryed EVERYTHING. They finally put a new Fusion in it and it helped a bit but I'm still having the Problem

the esc shouldnt have anything to do with the range of your transmitter if set up properly,did you use the proper diodes? and also to wrap the wires around each other from the esc to the motor,if this is all correct maybe try a longer antenna straw.
im sure it gets to the end of its range alot quicker now.

Did you cut the antenna wire. I've done that before and my truck didn't go to far. If you have get a new receiver I suggest just get this one Traxxas 27mHz Receiver w/BEC or this one Traxxas 27mHz Receiver without BEC.

i installed the fusion on my car and i didnt have a problem with it. It is probably your receiver that has a problem . MAybe u cut the antenna?u messed up the antenna wire?
