caribbean cruiser

I was deciding between this boat the vilalin ex and villain iv a while back,

i got the villain ex


but im reading that a caribbean cruiser can do 25 mph, and it runs on 7.2 volts and 2 550 motors, jsut like the villain iv, but the villain has 540 motors,

well if a villain can only go 12-15 on one 7.2 pack, and 15-18 on one 8.4v pack,

how does a caribbean cruiser do 25mph on one 7.2v pack,

i no they can both be ran on 2 packs, but i think this is the top speeds on one pack,

and how does the carribean cruiser do 25 mph on 7.2volts, and traxxas sais the villain ex will do 20-24mph on 16.8 volts?

it doesnt make since to me.

Ex will run 18-25mph with 12-14cells. The Cruiser will not come close with any number of cells!
