    Chroming rims

I know that this has been spoken of before, but i am just so confused by that search feature. anyway, as many of you have seen, the chrome covering on the revo rims is chipping and flaking off my rims, as well as many others. Could this just be me, or has anyone else seen significant damage. Oh, mine was part of the 1st batch. Anyway, since it probably will completely come off soon, what else can i do. New rims and tires are not in the budget.

I've heard of dying the rims. What is involved in that?? Could i just brush paint or spraypaint the rims. Any suggestions would be appreciated since i want to make my revo look good with the new crowdpleazer 2.0 i'm getting.

    Thanx

most people dye them cause they will last longer as using paint or spray paint it might flake as well

people who took off the chrome used i think ez off or something ( might be for the chassis or something not 100% sure)

and dying them using Rit dye i believe you must boil them in the water with the dye
