Glow plug problems
smthn is wrong, because my glow plugs keep getting messed up. i called traxxas before and they said sometimes the stuff in tha glow plug will not fire off or smthn, because wen i put it in my igniter it wud lite up but i wud put it in my truck and my truck wud fire up but as soon as i take off the igniter it wud cut off. Its happend like 3-4 times before and i buy a glow plug and my truck is fine. and i kno 4 a fact that my truck is in tune. Thats wat i get frm the lhs, *ye sir, ur truck jus needs tuning* So annoying.
But yea has anyone had this prob or is there anyone that knows the prob. Glow plugs arent cheap

hmmmmmm, that happened to me a couple of times. Leave your glow igniter on, start up your rustler, and let it idle for about 10 seconds. If this doesnt help, then give the engine some revs with the igniter on, you can do this on the ground or in the air. If in the air, dont rev more than 1/2 throttle. hope this helps, good luck

This weekend my bud had his bud hold up his Maxx and they were running it full speed for roughly 10 seconds. That 2.5 was screaming with NO resistance. OUCH! I felt so sorry for that abused engine.
