first real upgrade

i soon will have a new rd carbon fiber upper chassis for my nitro rustler. it is my first real upgrade that i have made to the chassis. well my other upgrades are ofna micro fial-safe, great planes fuel filter, trx pullstart, losi step pins, proline blades, proline sand paws, and that is all i can remember right now with out lookin at my car, i dont really have that many upgrades right now but i soon will get a lot. i hope to get big bores and aluminum shock towers soon!!!!

hahaha, yep, zipties work for everything. And an Rd racing upper chasis sure sounds preety seems like you just got in to the hobby, and now you are a pro great choices on upgrades too

I just got done installing my Rd Carbon Fiber Upper Deck last night. I was impressed and very happy with it. The hardware like the alium servo mounts and bell crank posts are excelent, and they even took in account for the ofna alium antenna mount by providing bushings to keep it up off the carbon fiber to reduce any possible glitching. I also went with the Rc Parts alium bell cranks and a Futab 3305 servo and it's all s sweet setup in conjunction with the upper deck.

I also got their CF tie bar, gota make it all match now, their alium front C hubs, and CF disk brake. Now if I can just finish getting it all together by Friday so I can go back racing for saturday.
