what engin for my nitro pede

hi i am biddig on a nitro pede on e-bay and he said the engin has about 6 galons throught it so i think that it is time to get a new one. iv had had a savage and i sold it because it got to become too mutch of a money pit. i know i will get a motor saver air filter and get a fuel filter and i have a roller e-pede ill take my gpm a-arms off. but what engin should i get i would like somthing that is alomst a drop in like maby the os .15 cv-x but what about a bigger engin like the .18 by os. what would i need to run that engin in a nitro pede. sorry for all the questions

Personally I say TRX 2.5 with the conversion kit. Here's my review of the 2.5.

ok i think i will go with the os .18 but will it fit the mounting holes liek the .15-cv-x will. sorry for all the stupid question but i dont wan tto spend a lot of $ nad have somthing that wont work.

that O.S. engine should work just fine,just remember that's a starter box require, some dremeling needed. only real drop in as far as I know is the Megatech M16. on the stampede.

I dropped an O.S .15 CV-X series in mine. It worked very well. It had a ton of top end too.
