    it is a Husqrarna 235R

it kind of blew up a couple of years ago which is why we got the new one.

the spring for the recoil starter kind of poped out whilst it was running and it snapped all the cooling fins off the flywheel and blew the back of the case off

anyway last week i thought id see if it still ran and repaired the starter mechanism and it actualy started and worked fine with very little vibration concidering the fywheel will be a little out of balance.

but today it just won't fire

Okay what you need to do is take off the muffler and shine a tight into the engine and look at the cylinder to see if there are any score marks on it. What it sounds like is that when you ran it last week is that it over heated and ruined the piston & cylinder. The fins on the flywheel are what cools the engine that would be why it over heated on you.
