    car audio

    ok who has the biggest car audio set up on here let us see it.It only counts if you have a pic

    Since I own a car customizing business, I'd say this one is pretty much hands down to me. Let's see:

    Smoothest install: M1 Auto Shop Show truck. 250+ hours of fiberglass, sanding, bondo, and paint.

    For most subs, theres really no competition, unless you count the car that had 160 4 1/2's in a wall.

    mmm 40 18 I will have to see it to belive it I do spl and db drags we have a dodge ram charger that has 48 10s 11) 1000 watt amps 7)250 amp alt. 25 1000 cold cranking amp batts. that is what we compeate with I want to see your daily drivers

    Daily Drivers wise... I have 3 JLW3D6's, 300W/driver @ 1ohm impedance, MB Quart 6.5" mids, and MB Quart tweeters. For the mids & highs, I use an Orion 250SX and for the subwoofers I use an Orion HCCA 250GS. Right now I have a Felix cap doing the "Don't dim my lights!!!" duty, and I'm using an AudioControl 24xs crossover. All piled in/around a sealed enclosure.

    Man yall got some pretty nice systems in yalls cars and trucks. I would really like to put a big system in my truck but I'm spending my for things that actually help performance (lift kit, tires, 460 crate motor...)

    biggest install ?

    don't know about the biggest .but my bro has a transit van which he uses every day for deliverys. and he has 4 15 inch competition subs situated behind the seats. running them is 2 1000watt rms 1 channel mono class d competition amps.and they really KICK big time. also he has 1000watts to run the components. you can not stay in the van for more than 20 seconds. we dont know the db yet but this weekend we are entered into a sound off we think he is running about 150db onwards. this weekend we shall find out

    nothing big but have 3 10" JL W0's powered by a 1200 watt legacy amp in my neon. they were pulled out of my firebird so don't quite fit right in there. someday maybe i'll get them redone for this car.

    well, my car is used, and i bought it with bose sound stuff. i don't no any specs at all... but i do have a massive sound configuration in my room. phillips HI-FI system (2 tweeters and one sub per speaker), Sears stereo with 2 subwoofers and 2 tweeters, mixer board, and a Sony HI-FI system with 8 inch sub has 400watts...and some small PA (brand not system) surround speaskers....and the sad thing...- its all in a little bitty room.
