Question Stripped post for battery cover. How can I fix it?

After a lovely little wreck yesterday, the body clip stripped through the post on the rear bumper. I looked it over, and realized the post is casted to the bumper, and that it is now impossible to hold down the battery cover with only one good post on the other side.

How can this be fixed? I'd rather not have to use zip ties, tape or anything of that matter. Won't look as nice...hahaha

    Get a new one.
Apparently my opinion differs from your opinion. However, you don't have to be mean about it.
