    Differentials

I managed to break my rear diff, and after swapping the front one in and makin it a rear wheel drive it works ok. But that is just a temporary fix. Where can I get better diffs to replace the stock ones and what brands do you guys reccomend....Thanks in advance.

Well, you can do one of two things. You can switch to Nitro gear diffs, or you can go to a pro-ball diff.

I suggest going with the gear diffs. For $40, you can upgrade both diffs and have NO problems with them what so ever. These are not adjustable. If you don't race and just bash, I would go with these.

Pro-ball diffs on the other hand are adjustable and suposedly smoother, but they do cost about $75 for one. If you strictly race, I would go with these.

Both you have to modify slightly to put them in the car. It is not hard to do though and I can help you with either. PM me for further details.

For a break down of putting nitro diffs in, go here.

I might just do that differential mod if I ever get a brushless.

Cool. Hit me ep with a PM if you need any help with the conversion. Onething that I need to ad to the website is that you need to shave the inside end (the end that slides on first) of the output yokes a little so it does not rub. You might also need to cut/shave the front diff housing/shock tower so the yokes clear that too. I might add that to the website tonight if I have time.
