i dont know why it was sold, but i dont think its that big of deal, because at least it was sold to someone that already worked for them. its still kinda surprising tho.....

Nitro Chicken, how about a new monster truck!!!!! I know the T-Maxx is a great seller and blah blah blah... And I gotta say I love my T-Maxx too!! But you guys need a kit to compete with that Savage SS....

If they are going to start making better products they should start by making the nitro vee with a water proof box and offering a free upgrade for people that already have a nitro vee and have to put up with it getting wet all of the time. They should also install an autobail on the nitro vee.

The T-Maxx 2.5 is already better than the Savage IMHO

I guess you didn't understand what I said... A kit T-Maxx would be awsome with a little more motor (same as trx2.5 except maybe they could punch that up to 3.0cc) with a few aftermarket parts like the big bores and a foc.

It wont change much. It wasnt sold to a whole other corporation..The vice president bought it from the current owner. The new owner's father started Traxxas. So its nothing major. Service should be as good if not better now. I still think Traxxas is making a new truck! Its in the works.
