my motor finnally killed my clutch... i think....

when it starts, i can rev it up, but neither the clutchbell or spur gear get moving, unless i give it a good solid wack...

and when i TAP the breaks, or otherwise slow it down, it dies...


bad motor (not suprizing, with my tendinceis...) or bad clutch (older than dirt)

Flywheel. Turn your idle screw in a half turn until it doesnt die when you hit the brakes.

(i checked, and it WAS the clutch...)

thers peices of meatle from the spring, and melted rubber all over... This aint gonna clean up pretty...

there goes my fun filled weekend ahead... (going to a house boat in a mariena... the older peeps there like this stuff... and lets just say that they can afford their 100k pleasure boats no problem...)
