Questions on The spirit

How long would the stock tires last?
And how long would a 7.2 volt 1500mA battery last?Also... u cant use a 9.6 volt battery on the spirit... right? Does the motor have a lot of torque so ir can spin its wheels or go on carpet? Last question... is the trigger on the remote transmitter pressure-sensitive?

the stock tires will last a while till u have to replace them. and a 1500 batt should last around 7-10 minutes depending on driving style and stuff. the motor gives it quite a bit of tourqe. i was driving it in my garage and it would just spin out everytime on smooth concrete. also its real good on 180 spins. and the pressure sensitive. dou u mean the pistol grip controll?

the pressure sensitive thimg is when you press the trigger a little the car goes slow and when you press the trigger all the way, the car will go fast.

ya thats how the controller is. all traxxas cars come that way. thats what make them different from toy RC Cars like Nikko.

The front tires will probably last you a few weeks at the most. The rears seem to last much, much longer. i replaced my first set with Bandit tires. They lasted a little longer. I then replced those with rims & tires from an old Tamiya Falcon, which seem to be lasting forever.
