Pics of my Nitro Rustler. It has aluminium castors as well as front and rear shock towers. Also, the 2.4ghz rx is housed in a waterproof box and both servos have been changed to waterproof, steering is a 2055 and throttle/brake is a 2075. I upgraded the muffler to a tuned pipe as well as adding a RPM front bumper.

I guess I should put the pics where they belong as opposed to dragging out a long build thread. lol I still need some up todate pics of my off road rusty so i'll add those later. Tell me what you think. I'm open to new ideas. I would love a big block with a nice pipe and header but it will a while til I have enough cash. The 3.3 thats in it will get a rebuild and go in the off roader.

Here is my nitro rustler the only thing not alloy (yet) is the Jato 2 speed tranny and shock tower, the rear hubs and the front and rear A-arms (they are RPM) I all so have the 3.3 installed.

I got board so I took some pics of the rustys today. 3 perfectly working rustys, no engines... Let me know what you think. The small, stock sized roller with the stampede body is up for sale. I have a buyer lined up but if that don't work out, look for it in the market place. PM me offers on it if your interested just incase it doesn't sell.

heres my nitro rustler RPM VXL suspension and with anaconda tires on black chrome wheels with a shock mod that lowered it 3/4 of an inch

My nitro Rustler is Badass it kicked the **** out of the hpi MT2 witch I also have. Me and my friend were just messing around when I pulled out my hpi MT2 and then he saw my Traxxas Rustler. He said lets have a drag race! I said sure. I had the Rustler he had the MT2. And what do you know he ****s up the MT2 on a mailbox then it flips in to a ditch and shockingly it still runs and drives it just needs a new shock arm!! The Rustler goes about 45mph and I got it to hit around 53mph right now!!! it just depends on how you tune it and the weather!!! I love my Traxxas Rustler!!!!!!!!!!

The Run Down:

Fixed the broken lower shock mount
Replaced upper chassis with Aluminum one
Replaced the broken A Arms with Blue RPM A-Arms.
Replaced the receiver with a Traxxas Mini receiver
Put that receiver in a water proof box
Used an Antennae mount from my 20 year old Thunder Tiger Panda

Previous Upgrades:

Entire steering replaced with Integy parts
Front and back shock towers are RPM
Lost the plastic top of Engine, replaced with RPM
