not nos but it works as the same as a bost bottle

this is much bigger and it works....i have a co2 gun and i took one of the empty ones and i took a pressure fitting and put it in the end..... i made my own air filter out of a hobby knife cap and the stock air cleaner. i drilled a hole in the cap and hooked up the tubing... and here are the results.....

i took of and the acceleration was a little slugish and then holy . the tires brooke lose and it took off it was so fast and unbelievable i cant wait to hook up the other one

Are you saying you hooked the bottle up to the air filter? It is supposed to go between the carb base and the crank inlet. Hooking it to the air filter will do nothing but fill it with air. You want it to fill with fuel/air to really be effective. I already have a boost bottle and a fitting installed. Maybe I'll make a supersized bottle and try it out in place of my GS Racing bottle. I don't think filling it would be a problem. Once the rev's increase it will pressurize fairly quickly, but the punch would last longer through the accleration cycle (in theory). So instead of low end punch you might get low and mid-range punch. With the mid-range being very subtle.

hey guys its me cj racing..... all it is is a long holow tube with a air cleaner on the end of it... in the middle there is a pressure fitting in it that is hooked up to a co2 with a pressure fitting in it.. there is no need for a drilled out motor... all that i think is does is fills up on air whenthe motor is idleing and when you take off its like having 2 air intakes on it which gives it the extr bost
if its broke replace it with aluminum. yeppie cars are awsome

these c02 cartridges sound like these other things i have seen, whipped cream bulbs / charges

the small bottles can be bought from a supermarket, already pressurised with nitrous (laughing gas) and they are VERY cheap, around $8 AU for 6 cartridges..
they are called "whipped cream bulbs" used to whip ordinary cream for cake decorating etc. you can also get "soda charges" which are filled with co2
i have seen ppl "using" this laughing gas at parties,
the only thing is i dunno how u can release the charge, maybe some kind of inline "tap" might work, so u can let it slowly leak out and into your carb until empty..
it would give wicked performance till it empties
Im no expert. i just play one on the TRX forums

yea that is a good idea.. but i have not seen any of those nitrous cantainers in the area i live in..
that would be cool to hook up a paint ball gun mechanism so u can have a triger to control the nitrogen and the rate it enters the engine.

i have seen it done in the past. you hook it up the same way as a boost bottle, except put the empty co2 cart. where the boost bottle will go. I heard it increased mid range performance a lot. Worth a try.
