new engine and pipe

im lookin to get a new engine and a new pipe that will possibly make my car faster? (Nova .12R, is that good?)

Yes thats a great engine i recamend it youll probally be doin 10-15 mph faster with that engine and with a cvec pipe good luck

is the Nova a direct fit?? Does it need much modifications??

Im not really sure if its a direct fit . . . but never get the trinity picco .15 engine i was told it was a direct fit and i had to modify the chassis also the crankshaft also the engine mounts i had to modify and i had to make speacial washers to go on the drive shaft. the only engine i know for sure that is a direct fit is the OS .12 cvx engine shortcrank version you wont go as fast as the novarossi but youll go faster then the TRX .15 engine the OS engine is a great engine maybe the novarossi engine will be a direct fit you should e-mail traxxas and find out
