    yes! no engine or contorls...........just a roller but it has a lot of extra parts with it.

    Yes thats correct. It comes with 2 extra sets of wheels. You have to supply your engine and radio equipment, Plus you have to build it.

    This is true, however if you can still find a new one you will be lucky, as Traxxas only made 3000 of them on Limited Edition. Sometimes, you can still pick them up on eBay and places like that.
