chassis bottom

Does the bottom of your chassis looked scratched up? I've seen some pictures of the side of the car and the bottom is very close to the ground.

My chassis's all scrathced up especially where it's bent down from a previous crash. Where I bent my Titanium turnbuckle and got a new one for free!

scratched??? L.O.L. Yeah if you have a car thats a quarter of an inch off the ground, its bound to get scratched.

Had mine for 3 months....scratched up like ****...besides the point that i run it through leaves and dirt like a rally...

only downside is that when running a really close to the ground car(exception of buggies cause they got nicley sealed bodies real close to chassis) you will have to clean it a lot...unless you run on perfect surfaces...i don't at least

yea mine is scratched up like a bi%$# and i dont have a problem with anything else being scratched dont they have scratch plate for that or would that add a lot weight i dont need. peace

you could try cardboard or some type of sealant/bonding agent but if you do, there might not be enough air cooling the electronics

yea cause i know unless you got your body down real low air gets to the bottom and helps cool so goot note on that whassup sega, sega game gear rulz i got one and sonic rocks

just get a piece of lexan from your local LHS and trace out the chassis on the plastic than cut out the holes just like on your chassis and than get some servo tape and tape it to the bottom of your car it worked great on my car.

look at my post 'i'm back'. i have a schumacher Cat 2000 undertray on my car, that protects the chassis, and fits perfect.

BTW, i got more posts that both of ya put together, and i aint been on here for over a year. lol

feck knows, all i know is that i f i am in front of everyone else then it is fast enough. and where i race, its the handling that counts, cos its a very small indoor track with 8-10 cars on the track, all fighting for the same space. u need brilliant acceleration and even better brakes! or u will smash ur car into one of the 4 walls. try to imagine, 50mph on a straight less than 50 meters long! and ur running out of road, fast. slam on the brakes 6ft before the wall, and flick the back end round as fast as you can, whilst there is at least 8 more cars around you on a 5ft wide track!

yeah, skylines are mint, that why i got this body for show. i gto loads of other bodys too, i use a HPI F150 flareside for racing. amways i'm goin to bed, its 11:30pm over here, so goodnight guys!
