    Same problem here. If its not plug then there is a fried circuit in wand. A few of us were using same wand and it got hot and fried the circuits. Replace wand and will fix problem.

    Set the ball on edge of a bench and push shock...

    Set the ball on edge of a bench and push shock end down onto it with a nut driver, that fits over it. That's easiest way I've found. Good luck!
