imma wait till next year before making my decision about the 4x4 pede or the maxx. seeing this is now 4x4 vxl kinda grabs my attention away from the maxx, seeing ive heard stories of the pede being...
like it was said above, i thinks its a good idea, but i probably wont get this, unless traxxas makes a 1/10th scale version. just personal expericence with a merv, small vehicles are a pain to work...
the ones ive heard are pretty good, and used primarly as a 1/16 revo tire, are the traxxas ones here. my back order finally shipped, so hopefully i will get em soon.
...
dont lose ur screws ^_O
since i allready have 2 RTR's and about to get another in a year or so, i wouldd love to see a kit for the emaxx, since thats gonna be my new RC
if the the safe mode doesnt work, just do what my friend does, dumps his harddrive every year
i would like to see a 1/8th buggy, or truggy to compete with the losi and assciated 1/8ths. but put the traxxas "bash-a-rific" into the model
+1
i did this to after spending over an hour trying to put em back on
put some fuel tubing on ur shock shafts to prevent the wheels from going all the way up
isnt there a slash mod where u use the rusty a-arms?
i run both nimh and lipo.
i run my small nimh when i get to the track to dial my truck in cuz the track constantly changes. then i run another nimh, my 5000mah 8cell. then when thats done, i run my...
ya RPM makes some good parts. i have RPM shock towers and arms for my slash and they hold up pretty well to the beating i give it
slash 2wd VXL
and a 1/16 erevo vxl
in less then a year imma get an emaxx
lets see, with my slash ive hit a mini van going about 40mph, broke a stock shock, jumped about 15 feet in the air, came straight down on an edge, which broke my rear bearing carriers and bearings....
got 2 so far a 1/10 slash with the vxl in it and a 1/16 erevo vxl.
love my slash, takes a beating and still goes. my merv on the other hand is kinda anoying to work on, to **** small
well, i needed a alias for XBL and such, so i looked around my room for inspriation... i had a buzzlightyear figureen on my desk next to a nickle.. hench the name buzznickle
aluminum shocks, and aluminum shock caps will solve this problem
ya, i think the merv is the only rc i will get mini scaled, imma stick to 1/10 and bigger, easier to work with. *cough* slash *cough*
i bought the traxxas CVD's for the 1/16th erevo...
i just got the CVD's havnt tested em yet, but i have MIP CVD's on my vxl slash and run 3s and they hold up just fine
so i pretty much blew my axels apart with nimhs in series, and punched the throttle, so i decided to upgrade to CVD's and install my aluminum knuckles i bought a month ago... and man, let me tell you...
wow, should've took a video, that would have been one funny blooper
