the reason soldering a wire on is because 2.4ghz has a certain wavelength and if the receiver antenna isnt the right lenght then it wont increase ur range. im guessing if u soldered the exact right...

heres how i have mine. just took a piece of plastic and drilled holes the same size as the leds so they r just snug in there. works pretty good until the wires break from bashing lol...

krall since u bought the tires and rims im assuming they were preglued. how are they with balloning? they look like they would more than the stock tires

yes but it overheats really fast. if u can keep it cooled its possible. mayb 2 or 3 speed runs and it will b 2 hot
