so I should go to firmware 1.24?
I know what you were talking about when the rc doesn't go right away and then it kinda jumps like it's cogging but not really, it kinda bugs me too.

cool maybe Ill use the bodys I have because they do screw on but use traxxas internals and springs, thanks man
do the rally shocks come with a special spacer? I think I heard something about that....
Oh you should see the body now, not so pretty lol a little scratched up on the roof from sliding like 50 feet
alright so I went for a speed test and recorded it all but I'm not gunna bother...
I'm in the market for a good cheap set of shocks for the rally if anyone can help me out it'd be appreciated!
Also was wondering what the problem is with the rally stock shocks compared to the...
K range is good enough from what I can tell in my little street, the gyro is set for speed (minimum sensitivity), and now I just need to find a long smooth road before it gets dark.
I found very...
Well I took the time I had yesterday to finally put everything together and today I did some final touch ups to get it ready for a speed run later.. Charging the batteries fully right now, I just...
Yeah make sure your ESC light is red for Nimh batteries
Oh I see, I guess that's a type of spacer but you should get some actual shims to help durability
Never heard of stock shims in any Traxxas RCs, you sure that isn't a piece of the bearings  better double check man
hahah Yeah well I'll get a bandit A.S.A.P. if I can't get this rally to go at least 70mph, that should satisfy my need for speed :p
theoretically it will go 65mph with what I have right now and...
I would shim either way but maybe try cleaning it out really good first (the crunchy sound must be dirt if the gears and bearings are good)
as long as it's under 2c it's safe so yeah go for it
could be a number of things, if all the servos work fine it has to be the ESC or motor maybe.
you should be running lipos anyway with 20+ years RC experience :p
lol double standing backflip rally.
Can't do anything until this snow melts, it keeps coming back when I can almost see the pavement :$#!!:
I think shimming your diffs would help more than some magical thickness of diff oil ;)
Oh that's right Happy Birthday! The big 3 0, that's gotta be rough :p lol just joking
Still looking forward to what that 3D printer can do!
nice, that'll be fun
Oh you have it on brushed, I don't know then, must just be how they ROLL together :p
Maybe it's just how the mmp and titan work together
try fooling around with the mmp settings on the computer, change it to brushed and what not
Shim that diff! :p
probably just burn the rubber off the tires quicker but yeah it doesn't look good for the 2400kv motor, probably going to save it for when I get a Bandit
I'll use the 3800 on 2s
looks like...
so your wheels only wobbled because of the wideners right?
My wheels don't wobble much at all
I'm not quite sure what you mean sir :p
pics would probably clear it up
I have the SPC 50c 2500mah Lipos, they say 50c but I'm not sure if they're a true 50c
Anyway so they should work in series (4s)? Or would 45/45 gearing be unsafe for a few quick passes?
This...
That outta do it :)
I pull my daughter around too but I stay on the road/sidewalk where there's less resistance coming from the wagon or sled she sits it
