I can't hit anything at 20mph, forget 70... I'll have to gear it down but if you pass me you'll get a few holes in your trunk ;)

Wii nunchuck controlled airsoft. Still trying to figure a way to get it on the Slash....

Added a motion tracking interface and iPhone support....
There's nothing like a 2400 powered set of badlands throwing rocks at your neckmeat to ruin an afternoon...
Yes, my wires are switched. I believe you can also reverse the direction with the radio.
Those are awesome! Nice work.
I just lost a pin after 6 months with blue. After the rebuild kit I did the shrink tubing mod. Works great.
When the pin came out it tore up the rpm a-arm and put some good gauges in the carrier....
I've stripped many wheels and cracked several even with loctite. I switched to 17mm hexes and no more broken wheels.
I've used the stock mount for months of hard driving without any problems. I'd say use it until it breaks.
I like 22/54 or 20/54 for everyday runs. A lot of torque and quick from a dead stop. I...
If you haven't upgraded your cvd's yet, they'll be toast in two wheelies or less. MIP's or similar are in your future. I also broke several rear carriers until I switched to aluminum.
Have you checked your batteries? Could be you have hit the low voltage cutoff. Steering will work but no-go...
MIP's, loctite, and don't look back.
Are you using 17mm hexes?
I've spun too many hexes and rims round to use 12mm. Got tired of cracking wheels and buying a new pair to replace the broken one and the 1/8 scale are so much cheaper.
Update......
Hit a sidewalk crack and broke one front and one rear axle. Front was Traxxas, rear was AKA (experiment). I've now had more downtime for MIP axles than any other part.
These...
Blew both rear tires - belted Sweep's - and turned the slipper pads to dust before I blew a set of bearings. Going to try aluminum pads and cheaper tires :)
Good idea.
With a heatsink and fan on the motor I can run straight grass with 3s geared at 22/54 and haven't had the motor hotter than 160, typically around 130. 4s tore up my yard too much...
Dynamite machined. Very nice tools.
MIP's, aluminum carriers, rpm a-arms, Castle 2400, a large tackle box for all the spares you will need...
I like the color. Might steal that concept from you ;) Nice work.
I've been using Sweep Racing belted tires. No ballooning but they don't grip as well as the street fighters. They do allow for some higher speed turning if you can control the drifting around the...
The stampede wheelie bar is a direct fit - a 2 minute install.
What's your gearing?
My most durable has been the Bajr. Probably my next body and I'll take it up a notch with some bedliner.
Ha! Yup aerated today. They kick up pretty good, almost as good as dog poop ;)
2400 geared 22/50, 3s and Sweep racing belted tires.
