What Dad said, are you replacing with a plastic gear every time? You need to go with a steel idler gear and you should have no problems. Also check slipper clutch is not too tight.
I'm color blind too. I know you don't see in black and white like many people think color blind people see..so I would just go with whatever you think looks best. Whenever someone tells me "those two...
Definitely not one piece, here is the stub axle:

If you can't get the bearing loose try this: Stand the axle up with the bearing on the top, then put a deep socket over it and try to hammer it off. Don't go crazy with the hammer lol, just tap it...
Yes the hexes are different width front and rear
No the bearing is not "built in" to the shaft. You should be able to pull it off
Lipo hands done there is no comparison. They outperform NiMH in every way and are cheaper.
We have a relatively large facebook group called "NYC RC Bashers" with members from both the city and many on the island.

I put it on a driver tool that it can can fit over, but not slide all they way down. Then put the driver through the eye and push the hollow ball on. Hope you understood that.
I think you are wrong there. A 30c 4000mah would give the same performance as an 8000mah 15c. Yes the 8000 will double runtime.

Obviously if something is bent fix that first, but balancing your wheels after will help a lot, especially if you taped your tires.
You could loosen the slipper too, you may not want to when you get it though! Also bigger spur

I'm not a computer expert but I would say an actual physical cleaning goes a long way. Blowing dust out of fan(s) ect...
I would also do some virus/malware scans. The (free) program CCleaner also...
I was gonna say that too, just saw it in a sale flyer thing they sent me in the mail. It's on clearance until the 31st.
Try the app named "convo". It's like tapatalk but free, I'm actually on it right now. it can't do everything but you can browse the forums and post.
No, widths are usually the same as I wrote twice in my previous post. Since this is for a slash just get the 2.2/3.0 and be done with it. 2.2 and 2.8 might have clearance issues with the body.

Maybe this quick sketch I made will help

2.2 and 2.8 tires should be same width but they are wider than sct tires
No offense but there is a lot of false information in this thread. 2.8 wheels and tires usually have the same overall outer diameter as 2.2 wheels and tires. The only difference is in how much...
jato spur + emaxx pinion is a good cheap upgrade. Will not require the gear cover either.
yes direct bolt on you don't need anything else. Jato spurs might be better.
yes scroll down a bit and see the thread "stampede tires on a slash"
