86/18 is great for off-road.
And may I recommend Tower Hobbies for all the purchases, They even tell you what is compatible for the most part.
Welcome to the addiction, Absolutely nothing wrong with keeping the truck 100% stock, but as we all here have done we tinker around and it becomes even more addicting, If you ever have any questions...
Try cleaning it, could be something lodged in there.
Looks great man.
I would recommend baking them to remove them from the rim, Done it many times it works great, And some people actually run tires in the wrong pattern, they say it gives more grip, I had some street...
Oh my god those dirt hills!
They say the 2.8 Mashers from proline would be the best for mostly off-road style bashing, If not could try 2.8 Trenchers, gives you a little more play with the street, Will still eat the read tho.
Haha yeah I really only pull it out during the cold season, You should see my other body, Cracked, chipped, dog bite's all over it lol.
If its like all the other sidewinders it makes beeping noises when it turns on? Need to wait till it stops beeping to do anything, hence why it wont move then randomly moves.
Oh wow, That is pretty nice, I actually placed 25-30 tiny nails in one set of tires I had, talk about kicking up dirt.
Chains would be awesome.
Yeah my bad, it should be fixed now.
Its been awhile since I have posted here but you all have probably seen the mean green by now, And maybe even its spin off, The Wagon, Figured I would post a few pics since its getting close to...

Was driven so far it pretty much goes into the grove allowing the motor to move freely? Could try a different screw with a bigger washer head, any screw will work as long as it is not to short or to...
Looks very unique, curious to how it runs with those monster size tries.
Yeah tim it was very easy for me aswell, and that way all you have to do is change out the front hexes for other rims.
I had the same issue, the fronts are for a nitro stampede hence the circle style, so you can either grind your stock hexes into circles or use a stock set of pede brass bushings and cut a slot for...
True, The stock red led kit is cool and all but the blue just fits the son-uva.
Well since the panel wagon/green machine is out of commission till I get my replacement trans gears, I went ahead and put some LED lights in my fiancee's son-uva digger.
Yeah so the panel wagon is out of commission for a few days :p guess ill add a few more things to my fiancee's pede.
Everything is always more expensive on ebay, You either get stuff dirt cheap or way over priced.
Was bashing earlier today after work and after a jump I kept hearing this slapping noise.
Protoform Socal Panel Wagon made by proline, Randomly stumbled into it.
