i think the "x" give more stability in sideslopes,i put some 40 moabs on mine and rollover in sideslopes ten times more than with the stock wider tread. maybe i am a bad driver!lol!

i think there are many people glad with the stock cupps and never brake a part.but there are some guys take the summit to the limit and over and these people search for some "upgrade".
