There is a little rubber bump-stop in the cap. When you squeeze the shock, you press the top of the shaft into the bump-stop, when you let it go, the rubber bump-stop pushes the shaft out.

Just fill em up to the top. I left a tiny pocket for the rubber bump-stop to fill in.

With the engine not running, turn on the electronics and give it gas, then brake and see if its hanging up on anything. Like Misbehavin' said, check the inside of the carb if you cant see any...

My Trinity pipe doesnt blow a ton of smoke when rich, but I run pretty lean normally.

Slipper clutch is the big plastic gear under the air filter. Like he^ said, loosen it by turning the nut counterclockwise. Tighten it all the way down, then back it off 1/4 turn.
