Keep up the good work here guys, sooner or later they are bound to respond positively.
always happy to see some-one's work, tommy tek. post up results. the request still stands though, email tekno rc if you want their sway bar kit. thanks.
so how 'bout a pic with the servo guards on. (that is a very nice looking arm)
yea, i know that i could make it, probably for less than the Tekno RC price point even. but i love the fit and finish that theirs has. for me, and apparently several others, it's worthwhile to send...
the stock body is nice, IMO... you just need to get a paint-scheme that fits you it sounds like. leave the windows clear :).
Personally, I am not a big fan of buying something just to change 50% on day one (not that there is anything wrong with that). With my Mini Revo, I've needed to replace only Servos. My wife on the...
being quite honest, a person could easily use a sway bar from another small RC, drill-out grooves on either side of the stock shock mount, insert the sway bar, put rod-ends over the ends of the sway...
so are you satisfied with this product on your 3.3?
again, i recommend that we all email tekno requesting a 1/16th version of this sway bar kit.
looks good, I just wish the lights didnt shine onto the other truck parts and light them up. but thats just me. i do however like the effect on the body.
I was about to ask why a person would need to adjust the rods if they were made to fit the MERV, but you are talking about using the 1/10th kit on the MERV, lol
please do email! i feel that more emails means more chance of production!
OK, so Tekno RC makes (what appears to be) a superb Sway Bar Kit for the 1/10th Revo. The 1/10th Revo, one kit costs just $25 and includes a front and a rear Sway Bar setup....
charging nimh on one tap probably isnt safe, but two lipos cam be with the right cables
Hvrc,
Check Out Spektrum's website, they have several surface radios that are great for our trucks. I have a DX3S. Uses 4 AA, and there is no lag that I notice.
they do balloon. i popped 2 bead locks today on series nimhs. i need to tape them, reset the beads, and tighten well. there is plenty of grip on asphalt...
With this post in mind. I would suggest that EVERYONE who wants wicked-fast speeds should make it their first priority to eliminate all slop. Second priority ought to be fine tuning their suspension...
I'm not sure if it's much better or not, I just know that it performs as well as I could ask for it to (even with the increased weight of my new wheels).
Initially it fits a little loosely, but...
you could get a viper's V10... but it'd drag a bit, lol.
easy enough, you could just get a 3s LiPo and Charger... that would unleash some great speed. Aside from that, you could sink thousands...
Servo buzzing, sounds like a tooth stripped from a gear in the servo and has jammed the gears.
Antenna, sounds like you need to screw-in the antenna set (grub) screw.
Part 2743 at the top right....
Generally 1/10th Truck items are too large for these 1/16th Trucks. 1/10th buggy stuff fits sometimes (a few bodies, and some rear wheels/tires).
It's safest to get the measurements of the items...
psimem, here's a pic for ya

Just a quick post of my Mini Revo with some new wheels and tires visible in this LQ picture. I've already scratched them up a bit, but I couldn't wait to use them once I got them on.
...
J_Fitz, if I didn't love the JConcepts Tense as much as I do, I'd definitely get the Traxxas Dish (and dye black, like you've done). Honestly, if I had the spare cash for 4 more Anacondas + the Dish...
well, i started with an emaxx like 6 years ago. then got a rustler so i could go faster. since, i've sold both and gotten 2 mini revos (brushless). i've always wanted a full-size e-revo, but for 650,...
