The only heat sink I've dealt with is the one from Integy. It appears to be the only Integy product that is not junk.

Check that the speed increases smoothly w/o jerking. If it goes to full speed before the trigger is pulled 100% stroke, the ESC / Transmitter can be re-calibrated. ...

Using something that puts pressure on the outer race rather than the inner race would be a plus.
