Let me try to save you from making some bad decisions and save you a few bucks:

The weakeast point seems to be the drive shafts- no idea what traxxas was thinking but the Merv shafts ARE stronger-...

It hangs over the battery tray a little.. The body goes on pretty much without issue but if you're particular about your ESC hanging over the edge then this wouldnt be the route for you.
