its been very long since my last post here.i completely rebuilt my engine as it was not holding the tune properly.changed the piston & sleeve.after break in now its working fine, would like to share...

if so i have to order more parts...for the time being i will go with the 4910 diffs only. and when i buy a OS .21tm i will do this upgrade. thank you guys for all your help

is there any major difference between the 4910 diffs and the 4907 diffs. i think still i can order those

for that i think i have to change my CVD as the output shaft on the diffs are different. i just now ordered the 4910 diffs from the chop shops.

thanks snook..i looked further and found out that my front diff is also busted..
should i go back to 4910 diff or something better.

the mesh is fine i checked it. traxxas 4995 is the part number of the primary gear.

yesterday i took out my truck and i was having some good time sudennly after one tank i lot my spur gear :$#!!: then i came home had a look around and found that my tranny was getting stuck at one...

i am little confused over it now. the Tx says traxxas link high output whereas the Rx says traxxas link 2218 after going through the new models the Rx is 2218x
what the difference between these two

thank you guys, i rechecked my Rx it just say traxxas link and the latest ones have HIGH OUTPUT written on them...
so i have to keep it extended,did a test run with extended antenna it works fine.

where can i get them from. are they available on ebay...

the receiver antenna wire is pretty long enough it will come in the stranded tube leaving behind like 2 inches. so you think i have to get a new RX for it.

i recently reduced the size of the antenna tube so that it sits inside the body.i didnt touch the wire just
reduced the height of the tube, now my range has reduced drastically to few feet like 25...

i changed the battery. the servos are so quick now.waiting to take my truck out and have some good run-time.....

i did check the voltage its constant 4.5v and not rising i kept it to charge for whole night still didnt took up.so i think the
battery is done. have to pick up a new one, and not repeat the...

i hope so,but my charger is not indicating the LED as normally it would do.so i am lil worried let me keep it for charge for about 24 hours and see......fingers crossed

got a 1200mah humpback for the truck fixed it but while doing it so i accidently touched the +ve and -ve nd got a small spark..after that the battery died,tried to charge it back the...
