Thanks for the input. I saw the threads at the bottom and didnt want to force the pin in and screw it up the threads if it needed a screw. On the subject of the pins...mine have a slight bend in them...

What the #$%^ Traxxas

Ok I get a Stampede for Christmas b/c I was told traxxas makes a quality product. I then look at the Pit Pass article on the Stampede and think cool, they did the homework...

So they did screw up in the pit pass artical. I'll see if my local hobby store will let me swap them out for the correct ones.
