In colder temps you have to RICHEN the mixture because the air is more dense, in warmer temps you can lean out to get performance but not too lean. To keep it cool it needs air flow, no way around it.

I agree with Double G. USE the exploded view, if you put a shim in one place where there shouldn't be or vice versa that could be why no shift. It happened to me a while back.

The 3.3 doesn't come with the HD spring and you will need it. I went with the pro-line arm 4 yrs ago and it still works great.
