Bringing this back up to the top.
LVD problem has been corrected by replacing Lipo with a new one. Truck runs strong.
$425 shipped FIRM.
Snook, what towers are those on that truck?
Well what do you plan on doing? Some flatland high speed runs? If this is the case, then a stock Emaxx should be fine. Now if your bashing, the truck has many weak spots (A arms, bulks, etc) that are...
Got a couple of things done with this recently.
To the list I have added
HCR Front and Rear Titanium Skids
Kyosho 50t Center Diff
RCM 13t Pinion
Going to be running 13/50 gearing. I have...
Well done. That's a huge lipo pack!
I plan to use those as well on my HVL runner.
I agree with him on the tuning of nitro. I earlier this year sold all my nitro and converted to brushless. Love the simple "plug n play" aspect of it. Easier to maintain and clean. He will love this...
So I forgot I had another 3s battery laying around to see if the puffed battery was causing the Low Voltage Detection error with the ESC. I charged it, hooked it up, and BAM! The truck took off like...
Here is yesterdays end result.
Finally got a day off and decided to dig out some parts to start slapping together a High Voltage Lightning Supermaxx basher truck. This chassis is the latest from Unlimited Engineering. It is...
I always thought brushless had a stronger set of diffs?
Awesome looking build. Stamp4de is one of my favorite R/C trucks. So easy and simple to work on and can take a beating as well. Good luck and enjoy.
Looks good. Now beat the brakes off it!
Can you easily push the truck by hand back and forth? Is there resistance in any way?
I would clean them, and then once cleaned, throw it all in a tin and rit dye it all black.
That looks real nice! Well done.
RPM True track is a great setup and in my opinion, well worth the money. RPM makes great arms. Good for bashing. Strong.
RPM arms would be a nice addition. They can take a beating.
No. Not normal. The Maxx has different pin lengths it uses for each arm being as theyre widths are all different. Are you using the right pin? What brand are the pins?
To the top. Has LVD issue. Needs new battery most likely.
This would be the guy to talk to.
This truck is looking killer! 1717 for the win!
The front and rear ends (bulks with arms and shock towers etc) are all the same so those will bolt right up to an emaxx chassis.
Recommendations for a replacement ESC?
