Bump!
Okay, I cave... Who has a 2.4ghz 2ch transmitter and the 5ch receiver for sale? These came in EVERYTHING that Traxxas basically sells, someone has to have an extra one laying around for a...
To the top!
No one has an old 4ch Traxxas 2.4ghz transmitter and receiver laying around that's in good shape? I find that hard to believe with the amount of RTR's Traxxas has for sale.
Daily Bump again.
Also correct, not looking for the TQi like I mentioned in the first post actually. Looking for the older style 2.4ghz radio, the one that looks the same as the old AM radios but...
Daily bump.
Also figured I would supply a bit more info. From what I have seen I understand the tx/rx that I'm looking for was available on the Summit for awhile before the new radio's were...
I've been out of the hobby for a few years now and my equipment is a bit dated now. So I'm looking for a new (pulled from RTR) or very lightly used 2.4ghz radio and receiver. I would like the 3ch or...
+1 cookie to you fine Sir, I haven't had my laugh today until I read that.
I love this topic for some reason, theres no "seriousness" here, just all fun and games. :) Which is exactly what RC...
I'm posting in a awesome thread!
I agree rusty, looks fine to me too. I don't see the problem.
I can vouch for those titanium coated shock shafts though that TAT2 pointed out, stronger...
I Agree! Also needs aluminum bearing carriers and steering blocks... and a bulkhead. Never open your wallet to an R/C car, it will consume everything in it and your credit cards too!
Which really disappointed me to be honest, mine is a V1 though. I really wish I could get another sticker kit that had the blackouts with it instead of the fake looking headlights. The blackouts look...
I wanted to stick to only a few colors. So not counting the stock gray parts, Orange, Black and Blue. I'm not sure yet though, I'm debating rather or not I want to get orange shock towers. Depends...
After a ton of upgrades, some needed, some just because I felt like it... I think I am almost done, a few more to go here and there but the majority of them are finished.
RPM front and rear skid...

It might be worth dropping a tooth or two on the pinion gear or increasing your spur gear size just a tiny bit and then testing it again. The lower gear ratio will help reduce the load on your motor...
Ah, okay that makes sense.
Is a front half really needed anyway? I would think the idea of the roll cage, other than scale looks would just be to protect the electronics. Since all the...
Where does the body mount in the rear? I don't see any body clips on the rear end...
I want one... I just checked that website out and was looking at pictures of them installed on the truck. Please keep posting pictures as you install it, I really would like to see how it turns out.
Not sure how long hot glue would hold that, thats a pretty high stress piece if you think about it. Might hold for a little while though, try it and find out. :) Looks like you could use some new...
I didn't mean it looked like a Revo in the sense of actually LOOKING like a Revo. I was just referring to the new stance that it has now compared to a stock Stampede. Now the body sits a lot lower...
Yeah, they are Wheely King wheels/tires. My dad has a Wheely King rock crawler, and I snatched his wheels/tires because he uses Pro-Line Badlands and Eight Shooter Bead-Loc's.
I really like the...
I was bored the other night and was messing around in my parts box and decided to tinker with my Stampede while I was waiting on parts for my Slash. So my Stampede acquired a few of my Slash's old...

Okay, could someone explain if they know, why the Mah affects output amperage? I don't understand that, I am used to NiCd and NiMh where the only thing Mah affects is capacity. How come that is...
I was looking over the specs for the VXL ESC it seems to be rated at 200A continuous and 320A peak. But this raises a question, I know a lot of people are running LiPo batteries, but what C rating is...
Does this work well with the 2075 with plastic gears? I'm guessing that since this one is made for gas cars/trucks that it's a lot stiffer than most others, and I don't know if that would be good for...
