Mostly sure. That bearing doesn't sit incredibly tight, so I wouldn't be surprised if it moved after the break when I was trying to pull the broken shaft out.
You mean shim the hub, right?...
Just broke my second driveshaft in this exact same fashion. Not a result of any sort of big impact, as far as I could see. The wheel just popped off while the truck was going in a straight line....
If you use the CCBEC, you disable the internal BEC by pulling the red wire out of the Rx plug. The LiPo cutoff will still be controlled by the MM.
