Yeah, whatever the optimal setup is, so two 3s lipos. I...don't really know for a budget yet...what's the absolute best and what's the best bang for your buck?

I've been out of RC since 2006 but I had all sorts of nitro and electric models, from the T-Maxx and Revo to a brushless Mini-T that I owned my first lipo pack with. I also have an Aquacraft Nitro...
I've heard the 323 is a bit hard to tune for a newbie...My friend just put in an OS .18TM and it's the easiest thing to tune ever, and has wheelie popping torque and more speed. Seems like what you...
Do you think its worth the investment? I was looking towards the EX anyways because yeah, i do want speed, heh. With just two sets of 7cell packs and the second charger, thats like $600 along with...
I really want a Villain...I'm already experienced and everyone pushes me towards the Aqua Jet, but I love the scale look of the villain and the agility it has, it looks so fun to drive.
I was...
I dont know of any backplates for this engine, but you could get someone to modify the arm or something...There's always a way.
My Factory Team B4's shocks look like the same material and they are threaded aluminum.
Warning, giant picture:

How will it perform with 7.2 volts and dual 540s? Doesnt seem like a powerful setup, but has traxxas released any top speeds for this boat?
Yeah, take the wheels off and look at the hexes. Sounds like that could be the problem. Also check your driveshafts...then if it seems like nothing else could be wrong, it's probably the diff.
I second that...Deans are awesome.
Can you post pics of that when you're done? I'd love to see an MRS4 with a nitro engine in it.
I hate starter boxes, IMO. They are annoying to lug around and I honestly don't see any difference whatsoever because of a tiny weight loss.
I could see them being useful for racing, but if you're...
I was just staring at my Revo when I noticed that the antenna was shortened. This could have either been my kitten chewing it off, or it could have come off in a rollover. Now there's only about a...
I use Trinity Final Solution, haven't had a problem with the OWB.
Just a question, why did you need seven trucks? :D
Speaking of the batteries included....Would putting a GP3300 cell in a glow ignitor be overkill? I could go a long time without charging at least.
Nice, but they misspelled Traxxas....They spelled it "Traxxis"
Hehe
Graphite is VERY durable....AE's graphite is at least. It's literally impossible to break my brushless graphite B4...It's been run over by a few maxxes and revos, missed its large share of jumps,...
The final version comes with a plastic pipe and regular 2.5...What was the reason for this?
Otherwise the truck is looking sweet, I want one, even though I was trying to save up for a BL E-maxx...
I think traxxas is busy with the Jato right now, so their next electric truck is pretty far away.
The truck that SS Pede was talking about on the first page was running 12 matched GP3300 cells, bone stock except for those progressive proline shocks.
He built it up just for that particular...
It could quite possibly be screwed....
Did you take temps of the engine? If it doesn't get above 200 degrees F while breaking it in, it doesn't expand well and it wears out the piston/sleeve very...
I don't know how they break, but I do know that i've broken three of them so far. One looked like it had air bubbles in the mold, Traxxas sent me new ones, but some of them just break where the U...
IMO the stock driveshaft ends and shock ends are extremely weak. They constantly break on my Revo. Lightly driving, no racing. My Maxx and Savage hold up to my light driving, the Revo doesn't.
...
There was no binding occuring. I checked it over many times, but I called Traxxas and I have two driveshafts on the way. I love their support, and they believe it was because of a bubble or two in...
