Im not totally sure the regular revolvers would fit, so I went with the narrows mostly because I was looking for a taller tire not a wider one, and the narrows barely fit at that.

I have em on my slash, I like the new design as well, that red cap screws over the pesky little pin that no thread lock used to be able to hold haha. No more lost pins for me, plus they look cool....
put some tape on the inside of your tire, should help with the ballooning. Im running proline hammers on my slash and havent had a problem with em
