How do you know it is a Castle speed control, how can you tell?

You will need to balance first then sharpen.....and polish the face and as hog stated ....ware a mask when working with the prop.

From my experience the x640 being smaller (2mm with more pitch) will require the 4s lipo but you could use a bigger prop.

I have not used a stainless prop so I am unable to...

funrcboats has the x442 in stock and almost all props reguire sharpening and balanceing. I do my own but you can have it done for $25-$30.
