Mine looks very similar :D first day out with the engine and I landed very heavily on it and cracked the engine mount too.

Fallout I just ordered a pipe coupler, CB and spur gear from wheelspin for my RB 323 and they came in 3 days, but yeah they don't seem to keep stock as other stuff I've ordered has taken a while.
