which stainless steel screws set do you use?
the point is to have fun. I try to have fun and try not to break stuff as much as possible. some people like breaking it and spending money on replacements.
why did you use flat screws instead of a sharp screw end? was it so you could use the bolt to hold it onto the wheels?
I'm looking at upgrading to the VXL system. I know a bunch of people have commented that the VXL motor is great, but perhaps getting a different ESC might be better. I came across this today and was...
wow. $119 is a great deal shipped. That's the type of deal I could convince my wife of so I can upgrade to the VXL.

what wheels are you using with the paddles? did the paddles come with foam or did you have to buy them separately?
what wheels are you using with the sand paws? I'd like to get a good setup for the beach next month. I ran it once this winter at the beach with zip ties and it worked pretty well on the wet sand....
Wish I had purchased the 230 instead of the 220. Love the 220 though.
Make sure the receiver radio is turned on before trying to turn the ESC on.
Did you break anything other than the zip tie holding down the camera?
I rinse everything off, then try to dry it as much as possible, WD40 everything to make sure it gets the water out, wipe excess WD40 off of it. I try to make sure I get as much moisture out of it...
