200 is to low. set back to factory . have you done proper break in? if yes then now your going to start leaning for best performance. when leaning the hsn go in 8th of a turn at a time. when you...
well craftsman or snapon . get brand name stuff. also make sure you are using the right size tool . you shouldnt be stripping tools yeat. unless there crap.
very nice but watch out for fling spikes:D
4 turns out is break it . your 4.5 thats to much probbaly. if its a stock 3.3 and its broken in right put it at3.7 turns out and go from there.
make sure its not lean. richen it up if its cutting...

im sure you can find it lots of places
im sure traxxas has bigger things going on right now to be worryed about that. i mean the word jato has been used for a long time. this came up a while back if im not mistaken. ive seen it doing...
yea and it will prob go on and on and on.
dshaw its cool man dont worry .
welcome to the site man. have fun with your rc there a blast.
tell him if he wants the after run oil to work the best put it in the motor after he runs
1:1 engine oil isnt designed for 2-stroke lube/burning. the caster oil is made different along with other 2-stroke oils. honestly i think someone got there info mixed up.
we all know there are lots...
dont worry about that. screw it down till it seats firmly then give it a little crank. if it leaks clean the head and washer and re-install.
i took my jato out today with paddles no good. there is a layer of ice on the snow = no go. just spun out .
jato needs 1 in spikes here in auburn wa im tellin ya.
the weight of the rod/piston to crank bearing size is so big you probbaly wont even notice. if its to much unballanced what you will notice is less top end rpm and faster engine wear. if its way off...
welcome to jato forum .
clean it out and run it. only thing you can do.
yea the frount bearing and the bushing in the back plate can slightly leak . but like was said to much is bad.

ive got mine cut open. it helps cool when your going slow.
yes if your not running the stock head and your having cooling issues put the stock head on and see if it helps. do you have good venting through the body?
if hes a GOOD friend then go drive it if it runs good with out any probblems dosent stall out all the time then yes its a very good deal. 2.5 motors are very good motors.
the packs come in 10,20,30. 30 is the stock shim so proper operation (safe) on the 33% fuel.
some info-
you can tune head gaskets for a nitro % and plug style/heat range. now to much shim=...
just get a new cooling head. get some wet sanding paper on a flat hard surface and with the sleeve out do a figure 8 pattern on the gasket side . just a coupple passes and your good as new.
this...
if you ran something like 65% you would have to doubble up the head shims and hope . i would do it in a heart beat. i would like to see how good these pistons are made.
