well i got it to move but only when i have it at WOT (wide open throttle) the shaft doesnt move till its at really high rpm and even then it moves pretty slow as if its only getting half the power or...

how do i fix this??? i have to hold the throttle down till it moves and it moves when its really high

i replaced the primary gears for like $6.45 at hobbytown it was the only thing i saw that was tore up everything else checked out to be good
