I got mine from calandra racing
Avid, Boca , Acer or stock like 87says cheap to replace. Parts that are more common worn out I run the cheaper route the more expensive ones last longer but will eventually give out sometime so I run...
I run bad horsie shock covers I like them because that what I have but others like the jato shock boots. Yes they help to prolong the shock rebuild.
I ran rd logics aluminum diff cups and carriers shimmed and still destroyed them and I have never have ran 6's !
Losi diffs are a complete differential that has to be fit into the revo lots of...
Yes it locks the left to the right side with little independent movement.
cover it, drive it like you stole it, take off any fans or esc depending on which one you have and give it a bath then lube the bearings!
they limit the articulation or the suspension, rock crawling is a no go!
off road=really good
climbing/crawling =no go
Is your revo the brushless edition? Shimming the diffs will help them last longer, Losi LST 2 1/8 scale diffs are much stronger than stock especially if running 6's!
Greatly improves handling on or off road helps with roll overs!
gearing chart for reference only!
It should not matter to much unless you racing it. But yes you can unmount it by boiling it or putting in the oven or using a paint thinner!
it really makes no scene as to why it would only drain one battery because both are required to complete the circuit and current has to flow from both to be operational. if it was only one set of...
+1 on what 87 said
I run Traxxas steel centers, summit axles shafts, rpm arms, silver springs in front blue in the rear 60wt all around, sway bar set would be handy for you, badland tires for...
Need to turn it up to at least 3.4 I run mine at 3.5. Because during power burst the sudden drop in energy can drain a pack to below a safe level. This can happen just before the ESC detects the low...
okay thanks 87 for the information I did not want to do and then decided that I did not like and ruin the diff completly, so I don't want to lock it now.
thanks for the congratulations on the...
oops, how bad will the steering be?
will it still be drivable?
His bad is the steering with a locked front diff? Will it still be drivable
No the bearing are good I lithium grease them when I rebuild them and still work good
Stripped gears inside.
yes! you should generally run lipos that have the same number of cycles on them because as they age from usage the old battery will not hold the voltage as well as the new one and the old one could...
you are pretty spot on to answering his question. lipo batteries are a HUGE fire hazard to untrained and unprepared persons please do some research on them and charging and discharging and storing...
for now stock until you get that trigger finger under control (save some money) then upgrade to lundsford titanium $$$.
thanks NFS! I do plan on it but not right now just not in the cards-_-
does or has anyone run a locked front diff?
if so how bad does it affect the steering I know it will be bad at tight turns...
