the esc has a safety over heat protection. Which has caused the esc to shut down for a bit on me.

i have a few tacon motors. I found with the 35A esc they shut down with the heat. I would go bigger for the esc, Im now running 120A and my son can go through about three 2s lipos without the heat...

What are the benifits and negatives of shock placement on the stampede? I notice the fronts there are 2 place to have them and 3 places in the back (i think)

Truck A im running a 6T 5900kv tacon motor, With a 120A esc and a 2s 5000 mah 40C lipo. Using for bashing around on the street and on grass, Where ever we can find.

Truck B im running a 9T 4300kv...

So tonight i got around to opening it up and it was the input shaft. The pin that held the top gear was gone. Dont know what happen to it but its no longer there... LOL

Have not run a 3s in it yet, But my son runs about 2-3 2s pack in a row with no shut down. Im sure its not the best thing to do with it but hey for $25 why not.. lol.
